| When I saw "Stand By Me" River call my attention, he was so natural, had something about him that make me look at him, and just at him. Years later I went to Internet to search about the characters of the movie and the first actor that I look for was River, and for my surprise I found that he had died... I cry so hard in front of my computer... I cry for days... Looks like I knew him for so long! And I only had seen that movie... Then, I search more about him, saw more movies, interview and I found that not only the actor was great but also the person was. I was so proud of him! River had a lot of friends, and a lot of people miss him, it was made songs in his honor and one was a brazilian song (made by Milton Nascimento when saw "Stand By Me") that make River come to Brazil meet the singer. I just wanna say that everytime I know something about River, more and more he makes me proud. I think I know him... just through his eyes. |
