|In this lifetime we seem to be preoccupied by|
too much, and we're always trying to find out
who we are amongst too many people who think
they have it all together. It's like we think we
know who we wanna be and it's our job to become
that person, our ideal self - but it's more difficult
than just wanting to be yourself.
I have fun admiring River because he's so real.
Despite all the obstacles he still stood for what
he believed in and didn't conform, like human nature
tends to lead us to do. Everybody's as real as they
want to be. I think River inspires anyone to be
the way they feel is right, and to stick to it.
Poison isn't real. This is why River Phoenix lives on.
