PROPERTY OF RIO'S ATTIC - DO NOT DESTROY

Eighteen-year-old Indiana Jones lived with his father in a small Utah shantytown at the beginning of the twentieth century.
Already at that young age, "Indy", as he was known to his friends, had a very good knowledge of history and a sound appreciation of ancient relics. He was a member of the local scout troop and it was during a scout expedition to a local desert cave network that Indiana witnessed a group of men plundering a number of important artifacts from one of the caves.
Indiana was determined that the main find, The Cross of Coronado, should be placed in a museum for everyone to see and it should not end up hidden away in some wealthy man's private collection. At great risk to his own safety, he attempted to steal the cross and deliver it to the relevant authorities. However, the men quickly gave pursuit.
Whilst taking refuge on a conveniently passing circus train, Indiana accidentally fell into a large crate of snakes. The experience was so traumatic for the young adventurer that he remained mortally terrified of these small reptiles for the rest of his life.
Relief soon turned to disappointment for Indy when he handed the cross over to the local Sheriff who then promptly returned it to the looters.
It would take Indiana Jones over twenty-six years to retrieve the cross.
