Here we have a DVD that's been very hastily put together, and it shows. There are no special features, no soundtrack language variations and no subtitling except of course for the legally required closed captions for the hearing-impaired but which requires a separate decoder anyway. The photograph featured on both the front cover and the main menu has just been cut-out from one of the theater posters used to promote the movie back in the late Eighties.

Chapter selection is straight-forward enough, but is very much like the rest of the product - it's plain, simple and nothing special. Indeed, the only feature of particular note regarding this DVD is that, to date, it is the only movie of River's that has been released on this format with an accompanying full Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround soundtrack. A regular standard stereo track is also supplied for those without a full home-cinema style setup.
